To re-enter Parc Astérix on the same day, they will have to show the Parc Astérix access control staff the stamp imprinted on their arm when they temporarily left. If they fail to do so, they will no longer be authorised to enter Parc Astérix on that day.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult to purchase an admission ticket and gain access to Parc Astérix.
Minors are and remain under the sole responsibility of their parents and/or accompanying adults throughout their time at Parc Astérix. Parents and carers of minors must conscientiously fulfil their obligation to supervise minors.
Within this framework, they assume liability for any damage caused by these minors. In accordance with Articles 320-7 and 320-8 of the French Internal Security Code, it is strictly forbidden for minors (including minors, emancipated minors and minors accompanied by an adult) to play games of chance, gamble or play lottery games.

Other dogs and/or cats can be entrusted by their owners to the Parc Astérix kennels during their day at the Park.
There is a charge for using the Parc Astérix kennels (see rates at the kennel reception desk) and spaces are limited.
Pets may stay in the Parc Astérix kennels as long as their owner is able to show their veterinary passport or vaccination record. The following are not accepted in the Parc Astérix kennels:

When registering their pet with the Parc Astérix kennels, pet owners must fill in a form with all the relevant and useful information for the kennel staff. A copy of this form will be given to the owner, who must show it when collecting the pet.
Parc Astérix’s kennels welcome Visitors’ pets only during Parc Astérix’s opening hours. Visitors must collect their pet at the end of their visit to Parc Astérix. Any pet not taken back by its owner when Parc Astérix closes will be considered to have been deliberately abandoned and will be handed over to the competent authorities. Under article 521-1 of the French Criminal Code, the owner of a domesticated, tamed or captive pet may be liable to up to three years’ imprisonment and a fine of up to €45,000 if the pet is abandoned.
Visitors’ attention is drawn to the fact that the service offered by Parc Astérix kennels does not involve any transfer of custody within the meaning of Article 1243 of the French Civil Code and is limited to the provision of a cage and water for the pets. The owner of a pet housed in the Parc Astérix kennels is liable for any damage caused by their pet, including damage of any kind, whether physical, material or immaterial, damage to the kennels and Parc Astérix facilities, damage to members of staff, other Visitors using the kennels, other pets housed, and third parties. If the owner cannot be reached by telephone, Parc Astérix Kennels reserves the right to call in the medical services of a veterinarian; all veterinary expenses incurred will be the sole responsibility of the owner, who agrees to bear them unconditionally and without reservation.
ARTICLE 2. PRIORITY ACCESS
2.1. Visitors with disabilities
Parc Astérix has put in place special facilities to make it easier for people with disabilities to get around. Information on access for people with disabilities is available from Parc Astérix staff and on the Parc Astérix website (www.parcasterix.fr/en). Holders of a valid disability card are entitled to easier access to attractions, theatres, restaurants, rest areas and sales outlets by showing the original card to Parc Astérix staff.
2.2. Fast-track pass
Visitors who have purchased the ‘Filotomatix’ fee-paying virtual queuing service are entitled to special access to the eligible attraction(s) and/or show(s). Dedicated queues have been set up at the attractions and/or venues concerned.
ARTICLE 3. HEALTH MEASURES
Visitors undertake to comply with the health regulations laid down by the public authorities and/or Grévin & Cie. These rules can be consulted on the Parc Astérix website (www.parcasterix.fr) and at the Parc Astérix reception desk. Any Visitor who contravenes these rules will be refused access to Parc Astérix or expelled. Under no circumstances shall Grévin & Cie be held liable in this respect, no indemnity and/or compensation of any nature whatsoever shall be owed to these Visitors and they shall not be reimbursed for the admission ticket or any other spending they have made.
ARTICLE 4. TRAFFIC AND PARKING
It is forbidden for Visitors to walk or drive outside the roads, paths and areas open to the public within Parc Astérix and in particular:
- In areas closed to the public by a fence, barrier, chain, gate, sign indicating ‘Prohibited’ or ‘Private’ or any other equipment indicating that the area is not accessible to the public;
- In premises used for non-public services at Parc Astérix, even if they are left open temporarily;
- In access routes reserved for the emergency services (fire brigade, ambulances, police).
Visitors are not permitted to park in front of an emergency exit.
The ground at Parc Astérix may be slippery due to weather conditions (rain, black ice, snow, etc.). Visitors must exercise caution and vigilance when moving around Parc Astérix. Visitors are strongly advised to wear shoes with good grip and not to walk fast or run.
4.2. Parc Astérix visitor car parks
Traffic on the access roads to Parc Astérix and in the car parks must comply with the French highway code (in particular speed limits, right of way, etc.).
On arrival at Parc Astérix, Visitors must park their vehicle in the parking spaces provided for this purpose in the visitor car parks. Access to Parc Astérix visitor car parks is strictly reserved for Parc Astérix visitors. HGVs with a tonnage exceeding 3.5 tonnes and used for purposes other than tourism are not permitted in the visitor car parks (unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from Grévin & Cie).
Visitors staying in Parc Astérix hotels may park in the hotel car parks reserved exclusively for them.
The staff car park is strictly reserved for Parc Astérix staff and/or service providers, to the exclusion of all Visitors.
For vehicle access to the visitor car parks, Visitors must purchase a parking permit at the cash desks at the car park entrances, which may not be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or in return for payment. The parking permit must be prominently displayed inside the vehicle.
A parking permit entitles the holder to a single entry and exit to and from the Parc Astérix visitor car parks. All exits from visitor car parks are final.
Visitors must strictly comply with the instructions of Grévin & Cie staff, in particular so as not to hinder traffic in the visitor car parks. The duration of parking in visitor car parks is limited to the time the Visitor is present on the Parc Astérix site and will automatically end when Parc Astérix closes. Any vehicle left after the visitor car park closing time will be considered abandoned. In the event of non-compliance with the above parking rules, Grévin & Cie reserves the right to remove and impound the vehicles concerned, at their owners’ expense and risk.
Visitors’ attention is drawn to the fact that the Parc Astérix visitor car parks are not guarded. The price of the parking pass only covers the provision of a parking space for the duration of the Visitor’s presence in Parc Astérix, and in no way guarantees the custody and surveillance of the vehicle concerned. Visitors are therefore responsible for not leaving any valuables in their vehicle. Under no circumstances shall Grévin & Cie be held liable for any damage caused to vehicles and/or objects left inside, in particular due to attempted theft or robbery, acts of vandalism, fires, collisions, etc. Visitors are liable for any damage and accidents that they cause intentionally or unintentionally (in particular through clumsiness, carelessness, negligence, etc.) in the visitor car parks.
This liability extends to damage of any kind, whether physical, material or immaterial, which may be caused in the Visitor car parks, including to Grévin & Cie’s buildings, facilities, infrastructure and equipment. Visitors are required to declare any accidents or damage they have caused to Grévin & Cie staff immediately. Where applicable, the Visitors concerned must draw up an accident statement in the presence of the aforementioned members of staff.
ARTICLE 5. VISITOR ATTIRE
Visitors must always wear suitable clothing that does not offend public decency or morality and is in keeping with the services provided at Parc Astérix. By way of exception, Visitors under the age of 12 may wear a fancy dress mask, provided that this mask allows them to have unobstructed peripheral vision at all times and allows Parc Astérix staff to see their eyes completely. Special rules may apply for special events organised at Parc Astérix. They can be consulted on the information materials for these events. It is forbidden to wear clothing that completely covers the face, except for health reasons. Grévin & Cie may refuse access to an attraction to Visitors wearing clothing that is likely to get caught in the attraction (notably a scarf, long skirt, cape, etc.).

6.3. Visitor Control
Parc Astérix security staff are authorised to carry out visual inspections, perform security searches and search Visitors’ personal belongings after obtaining their consent. The Parc Astérix security department can also alert the relevant authorities.
