Access and services
When you arrive
- Parking:
Adapted and reserved parking spaces are available in car parks 1 and 2 (car parks closest to the entrance). These parking spaces are available for holders of a parking card for people with disabilities. Parking is subject to charges.
- Bag control:
Introduce yourself to the security guard to take the dedicated line and avoid waiting.
- Priority Checkouts:
In order to avoid waiting at the entrance to the Park, it is recommended to buy your tickets online. During your purchase, your Disability Accessibility Pass* for the ease of access to attractions will be automatically pre-activated.
If you already have your tickets: Present your proof: Only the original of the valid Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) - Mention Disability or Priority - presented to the access control will allow you to obtain the Handicap Accessibility Pass* allowing easy access to the attractions. It will be automatically activated when you go through the turnstile. Our teams will give you a wristband and a facility guide access.
THE DOCUMENTS BELOW DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO OBTAIN THE ACCESSIBILITY PASS:
- Mobility Inclusion Card - Parking

Accompanying persons:
The number of authorized companions is 3 maximum.
An accompanying person must be at least 15 years old and must be able to help the person with a disability they are accompanying when necessary.
Our employees are not authorized or trained to physically help visitors. It is therefore the responsibility of the accompanying person to physically help the person with a disability to get on or off the attraction.
If you are a family of more than 4 people, only the beneficiary of the facilitated access and his 3 companions will be able to use the specific alternative accesses; the rest of the group will have to line up.
At the Park
The attractions and performance halls are accessible by the Filotomatix lines as well as by the exits. If you are in a wheelchair, your access will only be at the exit.
Shops and Restaurants
Our shops and restaurants are equipped with adapted checkouts to which you have priority. Report to an operator.
