In our hotels
To stay in our hotels when you are disabled: you can call the Contact Centre or book online.
Once at the hotel, the disabled person and his or her family can go to the desk dedicated to them. This desk is at wheelchair level.
The rooms are also adapted. They are equipped with a larger space in the bathroom, a folding seat in the shower and a handrail. The restaurants are also accessible on the ground floor or with a lift at Hotel Les Trois Hiboux.

How many companions are allowed with the person with a disability?
The number of authorized companions is 3 maximum. 1 accompanying person must be at least 15 years old and must be able to help the person with a disability they are accompanying when necessary.

Can I access the shops in a wheelchair?
I am disabled. Do I have priority access to the attractions?
A passage facility is offered on presentation of the original Carte Mobilité Inclusion (CMI) - Mention Disability or Priority - valid at the access control and will allow you to obtain the Handicap Accessibility Pass.
To benefit from the Accessibility Pass, a smartphone is required to access the Parc Astérix mobile application.

Do you offer disabled parking?
Yes, ask the parking attendant who will indicate the spots reserved for disabled parking. They are situated in car parks P1 and P2, near the ticket booths.

Where can I find a wheel chair?
At the reception, at the entrance to the Park, you can rent a wheelchair for 15€ per day (+ a deposit of 50€ in cash) on presentation of an identity document. Please note that wheelchairs are limited.
